This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to contract and collaborate with GES Coalition, community leaders and partners in order to research, analyze, design and publish a GES Equitable Development Plan and Report that aims to inform new development, recommend policy change, and support equitable community practice in Globeville and Elyria-Swansea. ​The contract would be executed between January and July 2020.  Final proposals should be sent no later than 5pm MST on January 6, 2020. Please download and read both the full RFP and the Research Lens below before applying.
